Another week, another weekly forecast.

The Humpback Whale Totem joins us for this week! I also see the Moon…the illuminary.
The Humpback Whale is a mother with her calf and she is soothing the calf with her song. This week, I feel like we’re to focus on ways to soothe the systems of our physical body and our psychic body through nourishment from a person, place, and/or thing that we love and appreciate. A loved one to comfort us. An activity that is of pleasure. Music that sets off all the bells and whistles in our brain. A visit to a lake or ocean where we love to be with nature.
I do feel like we have the Muse guiding us to resist engaging in any excuses that make us maintain our state of discomfort with our experience. How often do we complain? How often do we wish for our experience to change? Do we commit to actions that bring us into new experiences or do we wallow in misery?
The mother whale is not enabling her calf. She is bringing her calf into harmony so the calf can swim with her to new waters. So! This week wants us to implement strategies that tune us into a coherent state and then nourish our bodies so that we are equipped to travel to the new waters.
An emotional week for sure especially with the Psyche as the Moon illuminates our psychic wiring and patterns. I do feel like we may have flashbacks to moments where we quit…gave up…stopped trying. If we find a way to examine those experiences while in a neutral state then we can learn more about ourselves and the influences which contributed to our quitting.
How often do we give up? Quit? Stop?
Nourishment of our physical bodies. We cannot fully engage in our experience and our path in life if we feed our body with poison. I do feel like some of us may adjust our eating patterns and modify our choices so that we don’t allow ourselves to consume something which make us feel like shit.
I also feel like we are to examine those who we look up to…our role models….those who we seek their counsel. What are their daily habits? What have they persevered? What made them not give up? We may find that we are to seek others for their counsel who align with the new waters we are swimming to.
Short cuts…do we want the fast path in life? How can we find the joy in delayed gratification and how can we ignite our intrinsic motivation to make challenging choices part of our daily lives since we know those choices will make us better?
IV OF CUPS
Interesting. Well this makes me feel like this card is validating the impressions that we are to sit with ourselves and contemplate what and who we engage with.
There is a restructure. There is a need to have time alone so we can realize that we possibly have been accepting offerings that maintain our state of normalcy which may actually have been poisoning our minds and bodies.
I feel like we may turn down an offer. We may decide that we are disinviting ourselves to a gathering or an event or what not because we may realize, through self-examination, that this XYZ may be more harmful to us than what we previously thought.
Deciding that we do not want to spend our weekends drunk. Deciding that we do not want to consume something we once perceived as heaven. Deciding that we resist a person’s advice because we now see through the projected illusions from that person.
Interesting.
That’s it!
Until next week!
